Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your kayaking gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
  • Item must include all original tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Mesh and Bungee Cords (cut to size)
  • Replacement Parts that have been installed or used
  • Opened packages of Storage/Covers

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days
  4. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and ship it to our Seattle warehouse (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (additional shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
